Our flagship model is the OG Tinny Tiny home
This is based on the tiny house on wheels (pictured) that we have lived in for the last 5 years.
After all the years living in our Tinny, there are very few things we'd change about it.
We build to order so we can work to your requirements for size and design, or we can build you an OG Tinny replica.
A Tinny Tiny Home on wheels can be a great option if you don't own land and/or need your tiny house to be easily moved.
Watertight Shell - This is a good entry point to a DIY tiny home

7.2m x 2.4m ground floor plus 3.2m x 2.4m loft
All the structural work has been built for you by a licensed builder, the cladding is done and the windows are installed and weather-sealed, leaving you to complete the fitout inside.

Fully weathertight, structurally complete tiny home shell built by a licensed and qualified builder
New Trailer with detachable steel subfloor braked up to 2.5 ton, WOF and registration
4 x jack stands
Insulated plywood on steel box section floor
90x45 Structural light gauge steel framing
New aluminium double glazed windows and french door
20mm thermal break all around - underneath, walls and roof. This is the minimum recommended amount by the NZ steel frame association and helps to prevent thermal bridging and consequent moisture issues within the building envelope. It also adds to the overall insulation of the tiny house
Colour steel cladding and roofing and guttering in the colour of your choosing
Timber barge boards and tongue and groove soffit
Watertight shell + fully lined and insulated
